Priority Restoration LLC provides emergency mitigation and restoration services, including but not limited to mold remediation, water extraction, fire and smoke damage restoration, storm damage restoration, and general reconstruction. As a licensed General Contractor in the State of Oklahoma and an IICRC-certified firm, all work is performed in compliance with state building codes and IICRC S500/S520 standards.

3. Estimates and Authorizations

  • Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation assessments to determine the scope of damage.

  • Work Authorization: Before physical work begins, the property owner or authorized representative must sign a formal Work Authorization agreement detailing the specific scope of work, expected costs, and project timeline.

  • Insurance Claims: While we work diligently with your insurance carrier to provide documentation and streamline the claims process, the property owner is ultimately responsible for the total cost of services rendered, including any deductibles or costs not covered by insurance.

4. Emergency Response Times

We operate 24/7/365 for disaster-related emergencies. We commit to a rapid emergency response and strive to arrive at your property within 45 minutes of your call. Please note: Exact arrival times may occasionally be impacted by severe weather conditions, active natural disasters, or extreme traffic incidents.

5. Financing

Priority Restoration LLC partners with Wisetack to offer flexible financing options to our customers.

  • All financing is subject to credit approval by Wisetack.

  • The application process, approval, terms of repayment, and all associated financial agreements are strictly between the customer and Wisetack.

  • Priority Restoration LLC is not a lender, does not control the approval process, and is not liable for any terms or conditions established by Wisetack.

6. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

To perform our services effectively, the property owner agrees to:

  • Provide our technicians with clear, safe access to the property and the affected areas.

  • Secure all pets and remove sensitive valuables, fragile items, or cash from the immediate work area prior to our arrival (unless emergency conditions prevent this).

  • Allow the use of necessary utilities (such as electricity and water) required to operate our high-end extraction units, LGR dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, and other necessary equipment.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Priority Restoration LLC warrants that all work will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner according to industry gold standards. We are fully bonded and carry comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation to ensure no liability falls on the property owner during our operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Priority Restoration LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to pre-existing structural issues, pre-existing hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead), or damages caused by delays outside of our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your relationship with Priority Restoration LLC, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
